ABOUT CIRENCESTER NETBALL CLUB
Cirencester Netball Club has been active since 1995. 2020 saw our 25-year anniversary of training and competing in the glorious sport of netball!
We currently have 2 senior teams playing in the Gloucestershire County Netball Association League and have a vibrant Junior club with over 80 members between the ages of 10 and 16 years.
If you have been inspired by the successes of the England Netball team and the continual growth of Netball, come and play with us!
The Club trains weekly at Cirencester College and Kingshill School and welcomes new players of any ability! If you are interested in playing or training please do not hesitate to contact us or come along to our next training session.
On the 31st March 2016, we were awarded Bronze CAPS Accreditation. “This prestigious accreditation is only given to clubs who can demonstrate that they are offering a good quality netball provision within their community.” A big well done and thank you to Karen Briars and all involved to help achieve this Bronze CAPS Accreditation.
TRAINING
Our seniors train at Cirencester College on a Wednesday evening from 7pm until 9pm. Sessions consist of skills improvement, strategy development and game play.
We warmly welcome our current Year 11 players from our U16 team to join our Senior training until the end of the season. Our hope is that this will provide a smooth transition into the senior squads. Please contact Sara Jones for further information.
Our Youth squad train on various evenings throughout the week at Cirencester College and Kingshill School. See our Youth page for more details.
